Before dismissing this out of hand as something the ruling class would never do, it may be worth your while taking a look at the Ministry of Defence's paper on Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm.
This paper sets the scene for the advancement of bioengineering and human augmentation. It states clearly that 'national interests' will always trump personal choice and human rights considerations. What follows might not seem so farfetched. Have you seen the thousands of videos of magnets and metal items sticking to people after vaccination? Sounds crazy, right?
Maybe we need to ask the next question, is Covid a bioweapon? [recommended reading - ex Pfizer whistleblower Dr Mike Yeadon kindly perused this article and thought it was entirely plausible since booster shots are strategically placed to deliver 'top ups'. It's worth thinking about.]
"The dominant diseases are epidemics that begin to circulate like men and goods. The bodies of poor men carry disease and there is a total unity between poverty (which did not exist before because almost everyone was a slave or lord) and disease. Being poor or sick meant the same thing from the 13th to the 19th century. So the strategy towards the poor in politics and the strategy towards the sick are not different. When you are poor, you become sick, when you are sick, you become poor. Illness and poverty do not yet exist. What does exist is being poor and sick, and, the poor or sick being designated, the right strategy is to separate them, to contain them, not to cure them but to destroy them: in French texts, this has been called enfermer – enfermement in the theses of Foucault. It is locked up in many ways: quarantine, the lazaretto, the hospital, and in England the workhouse. The law on the poor and charity are not ways of helping people but of designating them as such and containing them...
...But I come to the third period when it is no longer possible to lock up the poor because they are too numerous. Instead, they must be maintained because they become workers. They cease to be bodies and become machines. And the signs we see are those of machines. The disease, the illness, constitutes the breakdown. "Finally (and perhaps especially), since no war can be won unless the peoples waging it believe it just and necessary, and unless the loyalty of citizens and their belief in its values are maintained, the chief weapons of the future will be the instruments of propaganda, communication, and intimidation" [p213].
Micheal O'Bernicia | Given that Attali’s mind-blowingly amoral rhetoric echoes that of every other outspoken eugenicist over the past 150 years, the forgoing passages cannot be set aside as either conjecture or conspiracy theory.
However, on the basis that he predicted in 1981 that there would be genocidal culling of the over 60’s, the weak and the stupid, the catalyst for which would be finding or manufacturing a viral pandemic, the following statement is all the more conspicuous: “pandemics could be ready for unleashing at will”.
As is the final sentence quoted, which confirms that the chief weapons of the long-planned war against the People are “the instruments of propaganda, communication and intimidation.” The parallels between Attali’s predictions of such genocides being unleashed in the 21st century and the events of COVID-19 are chillingly striking.
Nevertheless, without the majority of the public believing blatant government lies about a ‘virus’ which has never been isolated or purified [Ed. unfulfilled FOI requests prove this world wide], the censorship of opposing views and the erection of a police state would have proven impossible.
It naturally follows that when the majority rejects the fraudulent narrative, opposing views, censored or not, will become the norm and the police state can then be systematically deconstructed with totalitarian non-compliance to every tyrannical rogue government diktat and the criminal prosecution of all those charged with crimes against humanity.
