Before anyone questions the source, this is from Twitter verified, CNN Southeastern European Affiliate, @N1info. This is from an official European news outlet, reporting the Russian displeasure with US biolabs in Ukraine. Credentials seen here.
So what does this mean big picture? It means my hypothesis was correct: The Russian air strikes in Ukraine had nothing to do with Ukraine, but rather AMERICAN ASSETS in Ukraine!
It means this “war” is MUCH bigger than Ukraine. Its a skirmish with the United States of America!
This means the Russians just went to war with an American proxy and disabled US/NATO assets. These attacks are a direct accusation of the US of creating bioweapons near the Russian border.

Putin is trying to prevent the US from “releasing” ANOTHER bioweapon.
You can argue it was accidental or intentional. Regardless, the Russians don’t want the US having biolabs at their border, as US have proven themselves either:
- incompetent/careless for letting out a bioweapon
or
- evil/malicious and intentionally released a bioweapon
Either way, Putin doesn’t want the US near their border with biological research, and neutralized a legitimate threat to his people.
Now, think even bigger picture; why have the media spun this reality as 'Russian disinformation'?
BECAUSE IT PROVES THE U.S. CREATED Covid19!
At the very least, a world superpower is accusing the US of creating and releasing a bioweapon, and has reason to believe they might do it again.

Think about the ramifications of that. Think about why the media and Biden continue to paint Putin as a viscous dictator.
Think about why the fact checkers are claiming there are no US biolabs in Ukraine. Think about why the US Embassy yanked all their docs on our biolabs in Ukraine. [They are archived here]
They can try all they like, but all the evidence leads to the US creating Covid19 and Russia is not happy about it.
Once that cat is out of the bag, the rest of the dominoes fall. The entire Covid19 narrative is decimated. The reality is, the US government released a bioweapon known as Covid19.
Folks, this isn’t the beginning of WW3, the US initiated it 2 years ago… at a biolab in Wuhan, China.

Secret Bioweapons Program Under the Guise of Clinical Trials
After studying files released online by a former Georgian minister, Russian Defense Ministry declared that an illegal bioweapons research program may have been conducted under the guise of clinical trials by a U.S. funded biomedical laboratory in Georgia, killing 73 subjects.
It was former Georgian minister for state security, Igor Giorgadze who had revealed these findings pertaining to the secret laboratory in September, 2018. The tests were conducted by The Richard Lugar Center for Public Health Research near the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi.
The data obtained amounted to 100,000 pages of classified information of incidents involving military research, biological weapons and even clinical experiments resulting in deaths of their citizens.
How the U.S. Started a Cold War with Russia and Left Ukraine to Fight It
[T]here is a more insidious reality at work beneath the surface of this classic morality play, and that is the role of the United States and NATO in setting the stage for this crisis.
President Biden has called the Russian invasion “unprovoked,” but that is far from the truth. In the four days leading up to the invasion, ceasefire monitors from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) documented a dangerous increase in ceasefire violations in Eastern Ukraine, with 5,667 violations and 4,093 explosions.
Most were inside the de facto borders of the Donetsk (DPR) and Luhansk (LPR) People’s Republics, consistent with incoming shell-fire by Ukraine government forces. With nearly 700 OSCE ceasefire monitors on the ground, it is not credible that these were all “false flag” incidents staged by separatist forces, as U.S. and British officials claimed.
Whether the shell-fire was just another escalation in the long-running civil war or the opening salvos of a new government offensive, it was certainly a provocation. But the Russian invasion has far exceeded any proportionate action to defend the DPR and LPR from those attacks, making it disproportionate and illegal.
In the larger context though, Ukraine has become an unwitting victim and proxy in the resurgent U.S. Cold War against Russia and China, in which the United States has surrounded both countries with military forces and offensive weapons, withdrawn from a whole series of arms control treaties, and refused to negotiate resolutions to rational security concerns raised by Russia.

Imperial narrative managers have been falling all over themselves working to dismiss and discredit the abundantly evidenced idea that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was due largely to Moscow’s fear of NATO expansion and the refusal of Washington and Kyiv to solidify a policy that Ukraine would not be added to the alliance. Russia at the UN Security Council on the biolabs: Secret biological military program were being carried out on the borders of Russia

Today, at the UN Security Council, Russia presented further evidence of their accusations that the US DNC created a secret bioweapons program in Ukraine. They have accused the US, multiple times in the past year, of breaching the International Biological Weapons Treaty. And the US just cries “disinformation” and vetos any movement for investigations.
People have been asking me, what’s next? What would punishment look like?
And to be honest with you, I don’t know for certain because this has never happened before. The 1972 International Biological Weapons Treaty has never been breached. No nation has ever even been formally accused, until now. Article I never been invoked.
Theoretically, in a political-free vacuum, what SHOULD happen, as per the treaty, would be invoking Article VI and Article VII. Article summaries are as follows: (I copy pasted from Wiki)
“Article VI: Right to request the United Nations Security Council to investigate alleged breaches of the BWC and undertaking to cooperate in carrying out any investigation initiated by the Security Council.
Complaint about an alleged BWC violation
Article VI allows States Parties to lodge a complaint with the United Nations Security Council if they suspect a breach of treaty obligations by another state. Moreover, the article requires states to cooperate with any investigation which the Security Council may launch. As of January 2022, no state has ever used Article VI to file a formal complaint, despite several states having been accused in other fora of maintaining offensive biological weapons capabilities. The unwillingness to invoke Article VI may be explained by the highly political nature of the Security Council, where the five permanent members - China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States - hold veto power, including over investigations for alleged treaty violations.
Article VII: To assist States which have been exposed to danger as a result of a violation of the BWC.
Assistance after a BWC violation
Article VII obliges States Parties to provide assistance to states that so request it if the UN Security Council decides they have been exposed to danger as a result of a violation of the BWC. In addition to helping victims in the event of a biological weapons attack, the purpose of the article is to deter such attacks from occurring in the first place by reducing their potential for harm through international solidarity and assistance. Despite no state ever having invoked Article VII, the article has drawn more attention in recent years, in part due to increasing evidence of terrorist organizations being interested in acquiring biological weapons and also following various naturally occurring epidemics. In 2018, the BWC's Implementation Support Unit issued a background document describing a number of additional understandings and agreements on Article VII that have been reached at past Review Conferences.”
In short, the UN Security Council is supposed to do a joint investigation, and all assist to the nation(s) who have been exposed to the biological weapon(s). But I just don’t think it’s going to happen because of the structure of the UN. The US can just simply veto any investigation.
The only other world event similar to this situation was Nuremberg. With which the US, UK, France and Russia, each provided one Military Judge and a team of military prosecutors, and joint-prosecuted the Nazi officials that were still alive, in an “International Military Tribunal”.
Given this whole biological weapons situation is unprecedented, I can’t really project what the next steps will be. Especially considering one of the names directly accused of being an Ideologue of this bioweapons plot is the current Commander in Chief of the most powerful military force on the planet…
The only way this is resolved is if the US MIL is disobedient to Biden, i.e. “Devolution”, and assists the Russians and Chinese in holding these people accountable. It would require a treaty between the militaries of Russia, China, and the US. That’s the only way.
